If you’re on this site, chances are you’ve already heard of Fat Burning Furnace. Is Fat Burning Furnace a scam? Seeing as to how their claims of fat loss are pretty miraculous, this is probably a question most people ask themselves, just as I did.

After all, you can never really tell if the testimonials on any website are real or not. Anybody with half a brain can make up testimonials if they really wanted to – just to try and trick innocent people like us into ordering.
Also, the problem with these alleged “Fat Burning Furnace reviews” is that’s all they’re really doing – reviewing the product. They tell you why it’s good to lose fat, that you need to burn a certain number of calories for weight loss and a bunch of other stuff you already know. Have any of these reviewers actually tried the program for themselves? Nope!
Chances are you’ve found this site by searching for a solid and honest fat burning furnace review on Google, and chances are you’re looking for answers, the truth, and clarification. I’m going to give it to you. Read on to find out more about my shocking experience with Fat Burning Furnace.
This is my story…
I’m a 34 year old woman who has been blessed with 3 of the most precious children you could possibly imagine. The only problem with them is that they made me fat! LOL…
Before I had kids I was of average weight at 5’6″ weighing 130 lbsand felt self conscious about my body only with those monthly bloating incidents. With my first pregnancy, I was so sure of myself and just knew that I wouldn’t gain a ton of weight. After all, my mother is still slim to this day so I thought I would end up looking like her.
WRONG.
I gained 53 lbs during my first pregnancy and a year after I gave birth I could only manage to lose 34 of those pounds. That left me 19 lbs heavier than I was before I got pregnant! My doctor was not happy about this, my husband was not happy about this (although he was sweet enough not to mention it much I could tell), and of course, I was not happy.
We were completely happy with our dear son, though. I just knew it was right to add to the family and have another one (I’m really close to my sister so I wanted the same kind of support system for my son). I ended up getting pregnant again and vowed to be extra careful about what I was eating. Even though I tried, I gained more than the recommended 25 lbs (20 lbs for me, actually, because I was still overweight from the first pregnancy). I ended up gaining 38 lbs – an improvement over my last pregnancy but it left me looking kind of like a whale!
After I gave birth I managed to lose 15 lbs of that baby weight before getting pregnant again. My third pregnancy went pretty much like the second one, with me being extra careful and still gaining 40 lbs.
It seemed each time I had a baby I got significantly fatter so I decided not to have any more kids
Plus, too many kids would drive me absolutely crazy (if you have young ones you know what I’m talking about!)
You know how they say, “9 months to put it on, 9 months to take it off”. Well, after 9 months I only managed to lose 23 lbs of that 40 lbs that I gained. I was way heavier than before and I was still wearing my maternity clothes! I can’t even tell you how ugly I felt. I felt so gross with rolls on my belly, love handles, thick, chubby arms and even a double chin! I hated my thighs the most, though. They turned into the ugliest shaped legs you’ve ever seen! I never went out without my maternity jeans and a big, loose top to cover all of my HUGE imperfections up.
And intimacy with my husband… UH, NOT! The few times I was intimate with my husband since gaining all that weight were on special ocassions like his birthday, Christmas, etc. (Sorry if that’s too personal but maybe you know how I felt). I just felt the complete opposite of sexy. Let’s be honest, we turn on the TV and we’re bombarded with thin, gorgeous women. We open a magazine and are bombarded with more thin, gorgeous women. Even walking down the street or through a store there’s a pretty good chance you’ll see a few thin, attractive women.
And then there was me. Almost 60 lbs heavier than I was before I had children and aware of every extra pound I was carrying, 24 hours a day. I know what my husband finds attractive and even though I knew he loved me, I highly doubt he found me sexually attractive anymore (and who could blame him?) I had fears that he would cheat on me or leave me for a younger (and slimmer) woman. After all, men need their sex and I’m pretty sure they prefer it (the pure sex part) with women they find physically attractive.
My turning point…
One day, my husband set me off. We got into a little fight about the family picture we have taken every year. I hated the way I looked so I insisted that my picture be photoshopped before it was printed and framed this year. I didn’t want anything dramatic, just to look like I weighed about 10 lbs less.
My husband, however, thought it was too expensive and kind of dishonest. I can still remember what he said that day. “You know, you’ve realy changed. Sometimes I feel like I don’t even know you anymore. You’re going to make the kids wait to see the family pictures because you want to be photoshopped like some kind of vanity queen? I can’t even join you in the bath anymore because you scream at me not to look at you. Is this ever going to stop? You’re not the same as when we first got married – you’re not the same.”
I felt like I had been punched in the stomach. Here he was calling me out on the very things that hurt me the most. The fact that I felt so bad I had to do these things to avoid feeling even worse (like when I look at my fat pictures or felt my husband’s eyes on my overweight body). Was our marriage falling apart? Was I giving my kids what they needed when they needed it, or was I too preoccupied with looking fat?
I knew things had to change. I wanted to be able to take a simple picture without freaking out over my double chin. I wanted to let my husband see my body and finally feel sexy again instead of worrying about him being disgusted.
So, I did a ton of research and this program seemed to be the best option. After all, I’ve heard about all the hoopla concerning diet pills and their dangers and even unauthorized charges to your credit cards. Fat Burning Furnace is a program that you pay for just once and are able to read immediately since it’s delivered electronically – there’s no risk of extra credit card charges and I could tell the author had actually used it to lose weight, which I thought was very important.
My results with Fat Burning Furnace
Now, I knew that Fat Burning Furnace was a series of steps that addressed all the traditional elements like eating habits and exercise. Now, the part I dread most about weight loss systems is having to cut out my favorite foods since they’re so fatty. I honestly think that’s the hardest part about losing weight because it’s so easy to give up your entire weight loss plan when you indulge in a desert everyone else is eating in front of you.
Well, the FBF program barely addresses this at all. We all know how important it is to have the proper diet and nutrition while trying to lose weight. Fat Burning Furnace largely focuses on special exercises that boosted my metabolism like nothing ever before, and left the meal plans to me.
Now, when I first noticed this I was a little upset. I thought I had been ripped off because the author failed to harp at me about the importance of cutting calories. But, after I thought about it for a few minutes, I realized that the author (Rob) probably didn’t dedicate a million chapters to diet and nutrition because it’s common sense. After all, we can pretty much tell what’s good for our bodies (fruits, veggies, lean protein, etc) and what’s bad for our bodies (saturated fats, trans fat, excess sugar, excess sodium, etc).
Now, I’m not trying to make it sound like the author doesn’t talk about diet and nutrition at all. In fact, his advice about what foods to eat is the some of the best I’ve ever heard. The thing that surprised me was that there was such a short section dedicated to it instead of the usual chapters and chapters I’m used to seeing. What is mentioned is more than enough to get your metabolism going if you actually read it and follow his instructions.
My confession: I kind of cheated when it came to foods. Sure, I improved my diet according to Rob’s instructions a little, but I still had dessert a few times a week and ate fast food at least once a week too. Bad, I know, but at this point I don’t really care because I still managed to lose lots of weight.
What did it is the exercises. Man, I could go on and on with praise for the exercises Rob taught me. I thought exercises were just to burn calories, but these exercises took my metabolism and set it on fire.
Even though I was still eating some fatty foods my metabolism didn’t seem to notice them at all. My muscles (while not bulky) were so powerful that they seemed to almost melt the fat even when I wasn’t exercising. There was a definite improvement in my muscles, which is what I think is responsible for me losing 18 lbs so far with Fat Burning Furnace. The exercise that did the most for my weight loss is the Blowtorch Workout, which I do every other day because it works!
Even though the exercises really work, you must be warned that they’re hard work! I read the ebook and started jogging for a week just to get my heart and body conditioned to doing the exercises. Kind of like a prep for weight loss. When I started the exercises I was exhausted! Luckily, the exercise sessions are short, but man do they make you work in that small amount of time! Luckily, you get used to them with time, but you have to be consistent or else you’ll have to just keep starting over again and feeling exhausted afterwards. If you do these exercises consistently you’ll build up some amazing stamina and won’t think they’re so hard.
My life after Fat Burning Furnace…
Well, I’m still following the program to lose even more weight, but my life has already taken a dramatic turn for the better.
I know it sounds silly, but I can take pictures now! I no longer have a double chin and am completely comfortable with the way my face, arms and thighs have slimmed down.
As for my husband, that’s coming along too. I’ll be honest – I still don’t want him to see me naked until I lose about 20 more pounds, but we’ve actually been “doing the deed” regularly because I’m no longer self conscious about him touching my body. We talk more now and he commented that I’m getting better (and looking good too, LOL).
And hey, no more maternity clothes! I think in a few months I may even be able to wear shorts again!
I still have a ways to go, but the progress I’ve achieved so far has motivated me like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. I can tell my husband and I are reconnecting and I feel happier than I’ve felt in a long time.
